Delivery Saturday: supplement of 14.00 euros. NB: if the order is placed after 8 pm on Thursday, delivery for the following Saturday is not guaranteed.

loretogallo.com can refuse an offer from the customer without indicating the reasons, particularly if there is a suspicion of professional resale of the goods by the customer.

The order form will be filed in the database of Pharmacy Loreto Gallo for the time necessary for the execution of the same and, however, in accordance with the law. The user will be able to access the order form and / or the related data through his personal account.

LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE

From 23 March 2002, the products have a 24-month legal guarantee, or guarantee for conformity defects, as per Legislative Decree 2 February 2004, n.24. The legal guarantee or defects of conformity, or defects or lack of quality promises, concerns a problem that the asset has presented since the beginning, such as a processor that does not reach the frequency indicated by the seller. TERMS OF PURCHASE

All prices shown in the shop windows, in the product sheets and during the purchase phase are indicated in Euro. In the event of a discrepancy in prices after the purchase order, the Customer may communicate by telephone or e-mail and withdraw, without any penalty, from the purchase commitment made. The Customer can purchase the products in the electronic catalog of Farmacia Loreto at the time the order is sent. The images and technical data accompanying the card of each product may not be complete and exhaustive of its characteristics, but bear differences in weight, color, etc. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Farmacia Loreto by reply via e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. BILLING

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your charge. You are only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you made in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery from we offer) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Therefore, it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details (IBAN) on which to obtain the reimbursement.

EXCLUSIONS OF THE WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

k) contracts concluded at a public auction;

Pharmacy Loreto is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon its arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, Farmacia Loreto will deduct from the refund due a percentage, in any case not higher than 10% of the same, as a contribution for the restoration costs.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, physically enters the goods. This rule is not valid when the carrier has been chosen by the consumer and not proposed by the professional: in this hypothesis, the passage of the risk occurs already at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier by the seller and, therefore, if the good is damaged or lost in transport, the loss will be completely absorbed by the consumer, except, obviously, the right of recourse against the shipper / carrier.
